Flying and traveling is something I do almost every week, and there’s nothing worse than being on a plane and starving especially when u have 5-6 hours to go, and that’s exactly what happened to me.

Chinatown is one of the oldest and coolest neighborhoods in Manhattan. With so many different shops and restaurants, time really flies when you’re there. I just learned a few interesting tips on marinating food: It’s best to marinate foods in heavy-duty plastic bags or glass dishes. The acid in the marinade can react with aluminum pans, altering the flavor of the food and discoloring the pan. [Never again.]
