May 9th, 2012 admin Chinatown is one of the oldest and coolest neighborhoods in Manhattan. With so many different shops and restaurants, time really flies when you’re there. Between the fish markets, fresh produce, and let’s not forget the knockoffs (PSA: Don’t buy the knockoffs! They’re not real.). Chinatown offers it all.

No More Aluminun Pans For Me
November 9th, 2011 admin I just learned a few interesting tips on marinating food: It’s best to marinate foods in heavy-duty plastic bags or glass dishes. The acid in the marinade can react with aluminum pans, altering the flavor of the food and discoloring the pan. [Never again.]
